So I’ve got about 30 minutes to blog so I will see what happens once I start typing 😉
This weekend in a continued celebration we took the kids out to breakfast and and a mini toy shopping spree for my eldest..
There was a pretty serious snow storm the day before but thankfully the weather was 100% better for our outing.
Instead of going to IHOP and waiting for 5 hours to get seated we decided to go to Applebees because it was easier and relatively cheaper. Unfortunately the food was so SO bad. My son loves pancakes in any form so he was in heaven, however the hubs and I were insanely underwhelmed… the eggs were cooked wrong..the potatoes were overly peppered and I won’t even get started on the bacon that was just gross. Oh well, maybe next time we try Ihop (despite the wait).
On another note, I think my epic week of fat feelings are finally over. When I entered the gym today I felt much lighter, I didn’t feel the gloom and doom I felt last week and to spare myself, I will not be weighing in tomorrow. Maybe it was PMS or whatever but I really was not “feeling” my weight loss journey last week. One thing that I know for sure is that there are going to be tough weeks, times were I just don’t feel like doing this anymore. The weight loss thing can be SO annoying, and hard, and did I mention annoying? They key however is to push through, for example, last week SUCKED motivation wise, but never once did I fall off the diet. I didn’t “eat my feelings” and I kept working out despite it all, until the funk ended.
On another note: I choreographed a new song for Zumba, and that makes me happy:

(Okay, don’t judge me, I am AWARE of how horrible the video is, but dancing to this is freaking awesome, trust me!)
