Tropical Coconut Rum Jello Shots

by Nellie

Today I’ve got a super fun Jello Shots recipe that is not only tasty but will have you feeling like you are on an island. This tropical coconut rum jello shots are so good and easy to make!

Now that everyone is officially back outside and having fun, I think it’s a great time to come back to a party favorite–jello shots!

The best thing about jello shots is that that are usually insanely easy to make. All you need is the jello, some kind of alcohol and maybe a little fruit to make it extra fun.

The possibilities are endless, and it is a relatively cheap and tasty treat! You can get the condiment cups from Amazon, Dollar Tree or your local grocery store. Keep in mind though that the Jello will need to set for a while if not overnight, so a bit of pre preparation is necessary for this recipe.

What ingredients are in these Tropical Coconut Rum Jello Shots?

  • 3oz Box Pineapple Jello
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Cup Coconut Rum
  • Cherries
  • Condiment Cups (Dollar Tree, Walmart)

The best part of this recipe is the tropical taste of the jello shots. These would be great if you planning on hosting a luau or even anything island or beach themed. They are not only tasty but they are pretty as well.

With all of my Jello shots I always make a few separately for the kids that do not contain any alcohol so that they can partake in the fun jello treats too!

Enjoy and of course be responsible! If you liked this fun recipe be sure to share on Instagram and Tag me!
