This smores popcorn recipe is so fun for movie night, camping and so much more. You can make it your own by adding your favorite marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers.

What ingredients do you need for this Instant Pot Smores Popcorn recipe?

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • ½ cup butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 12 ounces white chocolate melting wafers (candy melts)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (or more)
  • 1/2 cup mini milk chocolate chips (or more)
  • 2 sheets graham crackers, crushed (or more)

You won’t need any coconut oil, corn syrup, brown sugar or vegetable oil for this easy recipe. Some might even want to make s’mores popcorn balls with this fun treat!

You can will be using the saute option to make this fun treat! Who knew you could use your instant pot as an air popper! It’s one of those fun s’mores recipes that makes for an easy snack.

Instant Pot Smores Popcorn Recipe

This amazing Instant Pot Smores Popcorn is made with marshmallows and graham crackers for a tasty treat!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels
  • ½ cup butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 12 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (or more)
  • 1/2 cup mini milk chocolate chips (or more)
  • 2 sheets graham crackers, crushed (or more)

Instructions

  1. Turn your instant pot on to sauté mode. Wait for it to get hot, and then add in your butter. Let your butter completely melt.
  2. Add in your popcorn kernels and salt. Stir well to coat your kernels with the butter and salt.
  3. Place the lid on your instant pot to seal in the heat. Your popcorn kernels will start to pop. Allow them to continue to pop until you stop hearing popping for at least 20 seconds.
  4. Once they have stopped popping for at least 20 seconds, press cancel on your instant pot and remove the lid.
  5. Transfer your popcorn to a cookie sheet with parchment paper liner. Be careful not to transfer any kernels with the popcorn.
  6. In a small microwave safe bowl, melt your white chocolate wafers. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring with a spoon.
  7. Once your chocolate has completely melted, evenly distribute and pour over your popcorn. Stir together making sure that each popcorn is covered in chocolate.
  8. Quickly, before the white chocolate melts, evenly distribute your marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham crackers. Mix together.
  9. Allow to fully cool on the counter room temperature, or to speed up the process, in the refrigerator.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
