Easy Valentine's Day Charcuterie Board

This Valentine's Day Charcuterie Board is so adorable a great for Valentine's Day!

Ingredients

  • Strawberries
  • Pink Frosting of Choice
  • Pink and White Frosted Animal Crackers
  • Mini Marshmallows
  • White, Pink and Red Sprinkle Mix

Instructions

  1. Prep your piping bag by placing your metal tip inside and snipping the end of the bag
  2. Scoop the pink frosting inside the pipng bag.
  3. Pipe a medium sized heart in the middle of the round wooden charcuterie board.
  4. Place the sprinkles on top of all heart-shaped frosting.
  5. Surround the heart with mini marshmallows.
  6. Place the pink and white frosted animal crackers around the marshmallows, alternating the colors and continuing the heart shape.
  7. Fill the entire inside of the heart with strawberries.
  8. Add about 6 strawberries to the left and right side of the heart to fill most of the rest of the charcuterie board.
  9. Place one strawberry in the top center of the board in between the center of the heart.
  10. Use the piping bag to fill in any more free areas of the charcuterie board, with dots of frosting.
  11. Top the frosting with sprinkles.

Notes

Use a thick enough frosting that is pipeable enough to hold the star tip design. I used store bought cream cheese frosting and dyed in pink.

Replace any charcuterie board items with your favorite pink, red or white snacks such as:

Conversation heart candies

Cherry twizzler bites

White cheddar popcorn
