Easy Tik Tok Baked Oats For Breakfast - Simple Viral Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt (pinch)
  • Toppings: blueberries, white chocolate chips, lemon zest
  • VEGAN VERSION:
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup of milk (plant based as desired) 3 tablespoons of nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 cup of optional mix-ins such as berries, chocolate chips, etc
  • Using the flavor combinations of blueberry in the lemon with white chocolate is fresh and very springy. Try various combinations.
  • To cut into bars line the baking dish with parchment paper to easily lift from the dish to cut.

Instructions

  1. Grease a baking dish 8*8 is the Max size unless you double the recipe.
  2. Blend all ingredients (minus toppings) in a food processor or blender.
  3. Pour into prepared baking pan
  4. Top with fruit, chocolate chips and nuts.
  5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min

Notes
