What ingredients do you need for these cranberry orange muffins?
- 1 3/4 cups fresh Cranberries
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 cups Flour + 1 tablespoon for cranberries
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 cup Orange juice
- 2 tbsp Butter
Streusel topping
- 1 ¼ cup flour
- ½ cup light brown sugar tightly packed
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Milk
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
