Ingredients

  • 3 packets of unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups water
  • 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk (you will only use half the can)
  • 1 cup vodka divided
  • 3 oz. box orange gelatin
  • 2–3 drops yellow food coloring

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, add 1 cup water and two of the unflavored gelatin packs
  2. Over low heat, whisk until gelatin has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and whisk in the sweetened condensed milk. Then add 2/3 cup of vodka and stir well.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a small microwave-safe bowl, allow to set until you reach step 8.
  4. The remaining mixture that is in the pan, this is your first white layer, pour into the bottom of the shot glasses, filling about 1/3 of the way up. Once all shot glasses are
filled set on a tray and place into the refrigerator until gelatin has fully set.
  5. Once the first layer of gelatin has “set”, add the remaining unflavored gelatin packet along with 1 cup water to a small pan. Slowly whisk over low heat for until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat, then add in the orange gelatin packet and whisk again to fully combine.
  6. Add the remaining 1/3 cup vodka and stir well.
  7. Pour the orange gelatin mixture on top of the white layer, to make your second layer, return glasses to refrigerator and chill until second layer is set. About 30 minutes.
  8. Once the orange gelatin layer is set, grab the remaining white gelatin that you put into a small bowl in step 3. The gelatin will likely be set and that is ok just put the bowl into the microwave for 30 seconds at a time until it’s smooth and liquified again.
  9. Add 2-3 drops of yellow food coloring into the mixture and make the last layer by pouring the yellow mixture on top of the orange layers, fill to the top of each glass.
  10. Place glasses back into the refrigerator until set, about 30 minutes.
  11. Garnish with whipped topping and candy corn if you like. Enjoy!
