- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup nonfat milk
- ¼ cup nonfat yogurt, plain
- ½ cup apple, chopped
- ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- Place oats in container
- Whisk together milk and yogurt then pour over oats
- Layer in chopped apple
- Sprinkle in cinnamon and chia seeds
- Drizzle honey on top
- Place lid on container and keep in refrigerator overnight
- Enjoy the next morning!
