I read blogs more than traditional media. I love hearing the voices of real women who are just like me, not magazines that tell me anything and everything to fit into their ideal standards. Sometimes it feels impossible to find time for fitness and wellness, especially when you are a mother. Today I am sharing with you 8 Amazing Fitness Bloggers that happen to be moms too. 🙂

Carly blogs about all things fitness but what I love most about her blog is that she blogs about REAL techniques and fitness trends you need in your life. As a semi newbie runner I am constantly learning from her posts. She is extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable and encouraging. It also helps that she is a personal trainer! She is also a mom to a preschooler and a newborn!!

When Christine isn’t busy creating jaw dropping yoga photos for her instagram page, she is writing about all things fitness on her blog. She is a yoga teacher but she’s also a runner! Somehow with all of that she is an amazing mom to two grade school level boys as well.

So if you don’t know who Allie is, you need to. She is by definition a hardcore athlete that runs, swims and bikes really fast. She constantly places TOP in her category and puts in WORK every day to get stronger. Did I mention she has twins in the first grade?! Yes. I know.

I’d been a casual fan and reader of Michelle’s blog for a super long time. Then I met her and hosted a panel on running with her at last year’s A Healthy U Conference and realized that she was simply even more amazing than I ever thought. She runs crazy fast, like legendarily fast. She also has two small boys to take care of while accomplishing so many fitness accolades. Say what? My small paragraph doesn’t even begin to cover it–when you check out her blog you will see what I mean!

Brittany is a fellow zumba instructor as well as Barre instructor! My favorite part about Brittany’s blog is that she gives her readers step by step workouts with pictures that break down every move. She even uploads full zumba and barre workouts to her youtube channel. Oh did I mention she has a one year old? Yes!

I’ve been following Erika’s blog since I can remember reading blogs. Way before I even thought about blogging myself. Her weightloss story is super inspiring and her website is full of super valuable information for anyone looking to take care of their health. You can spend hours looking at the archives! Did I mention she has two kids (including a newborn!).

I love Melissa’s blog because she keeps it real about food. As a registered dietician we get to hear a view from someone who knows about food professionally. She’s also the biggest Duran Duran fan I know. Melissa has a son whom she insanely adores.

I have reading the Get Fit Diva blog for as long as I can remember. Aliah is an amazing, hard working career woman that has maintained an amazing weight loss while keeping us updated on all the happenings in the fitness industry. Her articles are real and raw and I love them all! She is the mom of 2 gorgeous grade school boys that she loves with all her heart.
