Happy Friday y’all!

This week was one of those rare weeks that absolutely flew by. It might have have something to do with the fact that I attended 5 events this week. Yes, I know. The good part though? They were all really amazing and I can’t wait to share all the good stuff with you, trust me you don’t want to miss it next week!

a healthy u conference

Can you believe that there is only 2 weeks to the A Healthy U Conference?! I am so excited because I am going to see some of my favorite  bloggers like Brittany, Allie, Patty, Lia and Carly to name a few! Plus there will be a lot of friends, co-workers and New people to meet too!

Planning a conference is no joke. There is a lot of hard labor and planning that has gone into this. We have really thrown our hearts and souls into making this dream came and I can’t wait to see it come to fruition in just a couple of weeks. Hats off to those who plan overnight conferences–amazing.

For those of my friends who won’t be in town or able to make it, here is what you are missing! (#sorrynotsorry :) ).
