Strawberry Watermelon Daiquiri Recipe

You don’t have to wait until it gets warm outside to enjoy your favorite delicious drink! Today I’ve got a super easy strawberry watermelon daiquiri recipe that will make you immediately feel like you are on a beach!

It’s been a while since I’ve been on a beach–as a matter of fact, I think about my trip to St. Lucia at the end of last year–a lot. The ambiance was amazing, the beaches were beautiful and to be honest I had absolutely no worries as I sipped my beachy drink in my cabana.

I vowed to myself that I’d be better at creating these types of delicious drinks at home. It was just such a yummy treat and I wanted to be able to recreate that magic!

What Do You Need To Make A Strawberry Watermelon Daiquiri?

All you need is sweetened lime juice, fresh strawberries, spiced rum and chopped watermelon. All of the perfect summer flavors! Plus it’s a really pretty drink to have on a girls night, a movie night or even simply on the patio in a moment of relaxation.

It’s always a great time to have a daiquiri…this is just as good without the rum! I remember I used to get virgin strawberry daiquiris all the time when I was a kid. It’s a simple tasty drink that can cool you down on a hot summer day, or add a fun drink to any meal, at any time of the year!

Yield: 1 Drink

Strawberry Watermelon Daiquiri Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 oz Spiced Rum
  • 1 oz Sweetened Lime Juice
  • 2 large strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped watermelon (about 2 slices)
  • **optional sugar for rim

Instructions

  1. In a blender or drink maker add ice, rum, and lime juice.
  2. Then add fresh strawberries and chopped watermelon.
  3. Blend all ingredients until well combined and ice is smooth.
  4. Serve in favorite glass and enjoy.
