Instructions
- When ready to cook your pizza, preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Pizza dough:
- Add to a large bowl your warm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir and mixed together. Allow your yeast to proof for about five minutes.
- After the five minutes, add in your flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix together until fully incorporated.
- Knead with the dough hook for about five minutes on medium speed if using a stand mixer. If using your hands, transfer the dough ball to a lightly floured flat surface and knead for about 10 minutes.

- Add your flower. Whisk well and cook for about two minutes.
- Add in your cream, continuously stirring for three minutes. The sauce will start to thicken. Remove from heat and set aside until you are ready to assemble your pizza.
- Pizza assembly:
- Once your doe has doubled in size, remove your doe ball to a lightly flower surface. Divide your ball into four sections.
- Roll your pizza using a rolling pin until it is 10 to 11 inches in diameter. Transfer your pizza dough to a cookie sheet, or pizza pan.
- Top your pizza with your Alfredo sauce, smearing evenly leading space on the edges for the crust.
- Add your chicken, spinach, and bacon. Top with your mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat steps 2 to 4. Depending on the size of your cookie sheet, you might be able to fit two pizzas on the sheet.
