Weekly Wednesday Workout: Swimmers Squat
Time to work those legs and butt!
If you have been following this Weekly Wednesday Workout series since it started 2 years ago, you would know that we have done an insane variation of squats here. (If you want all of them just search the site!) We have a new one, and these are not easy. They require a lot of balance and concentration, I would even recommend that you stand near to something stable like a chair or table to keep you steady when rising into the leg lift. What I like about this move is that the burn is immediate, not only are you getting the work from the squat but the extra lift wakes those legs right up!
