The Never Ending, Always Multiplying, Pile Of Laundry
This is a sponsored post for SheSpeaks/P&G
Once I became a mother, I told my already mom friends that they didn’t give me a fair enough warning when it came to motherly duties. I must have missed the memo on late night wake ups that never really end, a million things to juggle all at once, and the laundry.
No one told me about the laundry.
It literally never ends in my house. Thankfully my husband is in charge of all laundry, and honestly in my house it’s a LARGE task! Who knew that four humans could produce so much dirty clothing?! Most nights my husband comes home throws a load of laundry in the wash and then comes to dinner. Sometimes even twice on a weeknight!!
It simply seems to multiply overnight.
The amount of clothes don’t seem to be reduced anytime soon so we might as well use the best quality products to care for our clothes.
Why Downy Fabric Softener is our favorite
There was one week when we ran out of fabric softener and I felt the difference in every piece of laundry. My beloved workout clothes were just…rough. Even though the clothes were clean the finishing touch from the fabric softener is about the only thing that makes laundry enjoyable!
The really great thing about Downy is that it takes care of your clothes after it’s been through the rough cleaning process. Downy provides Fiber Protection by strengthening the fibers in your clothes to prevent clothes from stretching. Plus it reduces wrinkles and maintains the color in fabrics. When I purchase pieces for my closet I want them to last forever and Downy helps me take the best care of them.

Plus is there anything better than a hot, soft towel that just came out the dryer smelling like heaven? I may or not plan my showers around that most perfect moment. 🙂
If your laundry life is as chaotic as mine is, you can’t go wrong with the classic Downy Fabric Softener. Even though the piles of laundry never end you might as well give them the best.
