How do you make this recipe?

Preheat the oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Set aside.

Beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and beat to combine. Add the flour mixture and beat until well combined. Separate the dough into four sections. Add 2 tablespoons of Jell-o to each section and work it into the dough with your hands. Add food coloring for brighter colors, if desired.

Grab bits of each color of dough, Roll the dough into a ball and place it onto the prepared baking sheet. Lightly press the ball down with your hand to flatten it.
