– 1/2 box (8oz) rigatoni – 1 cup bell peppers (any colors) 2-3 tbsp olive oil – 1 -2 Thinly sliced chicken breasts  --1 tbsp garlic – 1 tbsp butter – 1 1/2-2 cup heavy cream – 1 tsp jerk seasoning – 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1/2 tsp onion powder – 1/2 tsp salt – 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Salt and pepper to taste
