Easy Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

This is a super easy recipe to make for a weeknight dinner with a side of veggies or rice!

Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside!

honey sodium soy sauce avocado oil garlic, minced white vinegar sesame oil ground ginger grab the rest of the ingredients below!

STEP ONE

In a small bowl, add honey, soy sauce, avocado oil, minced garlic, vinegar, sesame oil and ground ginger. Whisk to combine.

Place the chicken thighs in a large ziplock bag. Pour the marinade into the bag, release excess air and seal the bag. Allow the chicken to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

STEP TWO

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. In a 2 quart baking dish, add the pieces of chicken and sprinkle with pepper.
