Weekly Wednesday Workout: Walk Out Push Ups
This week we are going a little advanced and working the entire body in one move:
I have been doing a lot of these lately between my trainer and my circuit training class and I can honestly say that I am getting better. Although I have never done the modified version, these make you work so hard after just a few. I even demonstrated them post zumba class with my students! I don’t like many moves but I do love this one–I love the flexibility of the move and I love that it gets your heart rate going real fast.
