Weekly Wednesday Workout: Lunge Jumps
It’s time to workout…well…everything!
There are not many exercises that I show on Weekly Wednesday Workout that I legitimately detest but I really REALLY don’t like this exercise. I will be honest, there aren’t many of these that I can do without wanting to cry for my mommy. These are crazy intense on the body–don’t be fooled by her ease of motion in this video either. I don’t recommend these if you have bad knees and I certainly recommend that you work your way up to this is an advanced move.

OMG! You’re right, she is doing it like it was nothing! That’s a great workout but I can see me crying for my mother too!
You know I absolutely love these! Yes, they can leave you with “fire legs” but are so effective for running 🙂 and, it’s all about running!

Ok I’ll be honest, I tried one and almost busted my you know what!
I hate all lunges. One of my bootcamp workouts includes jump lunges, and I always cheat by doing them standing. Lunges are hard enough without adding jumping to them, though the jumping really does add a level of resistance.
Ouch! My right knee, that I call my trick knee, is in pain just by watching.
I’d be crying for my mommy too!
She looks AMAZING, though.
