Weekly Wednesday Workout: Two Step Side Crunch
Time to work those abs!
These I can manage! They are a bit easier to handle than the constant gogogo of burpees. Did you guys notice that she is on her tippie toes for the entire exercise? One thing I realized while doing this move is that you should keep your core engaged as much as possible to really feel the burn. It’s another great alternative to on the floor crunches!

I had never even heard of this type of crunch! Thanks. I can see how keeping the core engaged would benefit. I wonder about staying on the toes-what benefit do you think that has?

I’m calling foul. You bamboozled us again. I thought this was gonna be about: take 2 steps to the right, then crunch on a cookie. Dang youuuu!!!

Oh, good catch that she’s on the tip of her toes throughout! This looks like a great place to get back into working out after the baby is born. Can’t wait to try them!
