Weekly Wednesday Workout: Squats with Leg Abduction & Lateral Raise
Time to work those legs!
I love this move! It’s a great way to switch up your squats. I am not sure why I love squatting so much but I do. I especially like this one because it gets your heart rate up plus its a great way to work on your balance as well. The cool thing about this move is that you can do it with or without weights and you can adjust the weights by how hard you want the arm workout to be!

I agree with you! Nothing seems to get my heart rate up like squatting. It’s a very specific feeling.
I love that this move targets multiple areas of your glutes! And that lady gets her leg really high. I would love to have nice long legs like that! 🙂
I tried this after running my first ever 14 minute mile this morning. Um..help…..
I’ve never seen/done this before, and I’m intrigued! I just might be trying it this weekend. Love compound exercises!
