Weekly Wednesday Workout: Renegade Rows
During my old total body class we used to do these all the time. I can’t say I love them, but I can say they are effective!
See what I love about this move the most is of course there is minimal equipment involved, so even if you don’t have a pair of dumbbells you can use something else that is equivalent in weight and size. Doing this move really works your core as well since you are in a constant push up motion. It looks deceptively easy but after a while in the push up position your arms really start to feel it, compound that on the fact that you are lifting weights at the same time and whoa! It is a full body toning exercise, perfect for those that don’t have a lot of time! 🙂
