Ingredients

  • Frozen pie dough
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Spinach
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1/2 shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. Turn on oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Defrost the dough, prick with a fork, bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  5. Put the chopped onion and spinach on the dough.
  6. Then grated cheddar and feta crumbs.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and vegetables
  8. Place the pieces of butter on top.
  9. Bake at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Hi Nellie..I just came across your quiche recipe and thought I would like to make it..You mention milk but you didn't add it to the ingredient list so I haven't any idea as to how much milk to use..
