1 pound Fresh or frozen broccoli
1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 pound Fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1-2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Preheat the oven to 425
- Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Lightly oil the baking sheet (parchment paper)
- Spread out broccoli in a single layer on baking sheet
- Roast for 18-22 mins.
- Once the broccoli is fork tender remove from oven
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix up on the sheet and serve immediately.
