The Hamptons is exactly like everything you have ever heard. Swanky, gorgeous, beautiful beaches and amazing people. Every single time I have the chance to visit, I DO! The Hamptons is about a 3 hours drive out of the city–it is just as far as driving out of state but when you go it is SO worth every minute.
Electric Flight Crew x Under Armour
I was invited to join the amazing Electric Flight Crew and Under Armour for an amazing fitness class on the beach followed by brunch fun at the Montauk Beach Club. I was more than happy to attend especially because there was transportation to and from New York City!
I took one of my favorite girls Kia with me for the fun and it was GREAT because this was her FIRST time in the Hamptons!! We spent the entire car ride catching up and giggling as if we didn’t get up at 4:30 am to get on the bus!

The Montauk Beach Club
When we arrived to Montauk, we walked into the beautiful Montauk Beach Club. Beautiful grounds and a gorgeous pool. We were greeted and checked in by the Under Armour representatives with brand new gear! The bags included brand new sneakers, jackets, tees, leggings, towels, hats and more!
We got changed into our gear and got ready for the Electric Flight Crew workout. Before we headed out to the beach–we all huddled up and got to know each other. We introduced ourselves individually, learned more about the Electric Flight Crew, got a health tip AND a motivational tip to get us ready for our beach fitness class. It was really cool to get acquainted with everyone BEFORE a workout and I think that is what makes Electric Flight Crew different…they create a community right off the bat!
Electric Flight Crew Beach Workout
One thing I’ve never done is workout on a beach. I’m used to sand being in between my toes as I stroll the beach–but burpees on the sand? Brand new ballgame!
We ran half a mile out to the beach, and it was gorgeous. It was hard not to be distracted by how visually amazing it all was. The only hard part was the actual workout 🙂
We did three different stations, the first one includes a lot of pushups, burpees and inchworms. I didn’t realize that I could actually hate burpees even more until I did them on sand. 🙂 The second station was all about the core, the third was all about the lower body with different kinds of lunges and squat jumps. By the time it was all over my entire body was pushed to the max and I felt HELLA accomplished. It was really humbling to workout on the sand, but by the end I think I got the hang of it!
The After Party
In true Hamptons style we all lounged by the pool with plenty of drinks and delicious food. I met so many amazing people, we talked about everything from politics to the latest episode of Insecure. The DJ was really great and I really enjoyed myself, it was nice to get away for the unofficial last weekend of the summer.
