Weekly Wednesday Workout: Opposite Arm & Leg Raises
Today we are focusing on the whole body from the tips of your fingers to your tippie toes!

You guys know how much I love to workout the legs and the bum, this exercise is perfect for both–but not at all easy. I have done these before in my total body classes and I realized that I need to start doing them again. It is a classic move that works out your bum, legs and arms. In the video there are 2 ways to do this, lying flat on your tummy or on all fours. Both create a really good burn really quickly. I did these post workout and I was surprised at how tough it was to complete! These are similar to supermans except you are working opposite sides of your body at the same time. That is good multi tasking! This is commercial #approved as you can’t watch anything but the floor while you are doing these moves 🙂
