I’m jumping in really quickly on this busy Wednesday–(it’s my first Holiday Party with my new company!)–to share with you about the really cool 12 Days of Fitness Challenge that I am joining in with Bowflex for this Holiday season!
3 Things I love about this challenge (and 3 reasons why you should join me!)
- It’s short! 12 days of challenges is not bad and it’s a pretty great way to keep the focus on fitness during all the holiday crazy!
- The workouts are short and sweet but not easy.
