Let’s get down with some leg action shall we?

We did a variation of these at the #turkeyburn a couple of weeks ago, I was first introduced to these at the Olympic workout that I go to attend. These are what I like to call slow burners. At first its fine, but really quickly the temperature heats up and your toosh and legs are on fire!! I like these old school, no frills moves as you can do them anywhere and tone up your lower area!

Okay…right before she started I though…okay, maybe I can do it. Then, right before she began she popped herself up into a side plank kind of maneuver and THEN started the leg part. That did not escape my attention! GAH! That looks HARD! I’ll give it a go as long as I’m on my mat *when *(not IF) I collapse to the floor. 😀 –Lisa

If I could get down on the floor with no fears of my lower back, I would so be doing those in a heartbeat, because they really do look like they tone up those legs quite nicely. Thanks for sharing Nellie and Happy Wednesday now!! 🙂

This one looks like it hurts but also gives you a good workout. I tried it though and lasted for 3 minutes.

I do well with the slow burner type activities!
This one is new to me, though! You know me – doing my exercises on the floor while Scarlet watches Disney Junior.
