Weekly Wednesday Workout: Side Lying Leg Drivers

We did a variation of these at the #turkeyburn a couple of weeks ago, I was first introduced to these at the Olympic workout that I go to attend. These are what I like to call slow burners. At first its fine, but really quickly the temperature heats up and your toosh and legs are on fire!! I like these old school, no frills moves as you can do them anywhere and tone up your lower area!
