Weekly Wednesday Workout: Flutter Kicks
We have got a fun one today for the legs and the abs! Double trouble!
I do this exercise in my abs express class and by the time it starts I am so ready for it to be over! I believe a variation of these are done in Pilates. These are also known as scissor kicks. It is an awesome core exercise as well as good work for the legs as well. I am so down for any exercise that work multiple muscle groups! Also, it is in front of the TV #approved! 🙂
