Weekly Wednesday Workout: Mountain Climbers
We are sticking with the abs this week!

Yes, yes we are doing mountain climbers. I know we are all familiar with these, but now that I do them as a part of my ab routine I no longer hate them like I used to–I think–I like them? It is a tough exercise, but when you get used to it, it actually can be kinda fun (I can’t believe that I am admitting this–I used be a mountain climber hater, but I have been converted!!) Right now I do them as a part of a circuit and these usually last 30 seconds. Not to mention the arms get some work too!

Nellie we are on the same wavelength today!!! I also have mountain climbers as part of my ab workout video I posted today. I know everyone hates these (except me and you maybe?) but they are so effective. I love any exercise that works multiple body parts at once. It’s like multi-tasking for your body. So glad you’ve come to like these. They are great for you!

Yup, always hated these when I was still able to do them, but do agree as much as I hated them, they really were a great exercise for my abs. Thanks as always for sharing!! 🙂

Mountain Climbers = The Devil. Period. I cannot stand doing these, BUT I know they literally work your whole body so it’s worth the pain.
I know–I hated them too until I was forced to do them so often, now its not so bad 🙂

Ugh…mountain climbers are right there with burpees for me: a fantastic exercise, but one that I dread. It’s good to know that some people actually like them…maybe someday I’ll get there too!
not a fan of the burpee yet! but these have somehow grown on me.
OH YES! I have tried these. I like to keep mountain climbing… To actual mountain climbing, LOL!!!

I can endure moutain climbers. Not my favorite but I don’t mind doing them either.
