Let’s get back to those obliques shall we?

I did these earlier this week and I love them, after watching this video however I realize that I haven’t been extendin far enough. I don’t even think I was going past my knees! I was just kind of reaching over to the side, extending past the knees makes more sense because that way you can get more of a stretch in the obliques. This one is quick, easy and effective and doesn’t have to be done with dumbbells! Water bottles, gallons, pretty much anything that can be hand held works!

Have you ever tried Dumbbell Side Bends?

I have never tried these! I usually do the ones where you raise your knee to add to the crunch. I’ll have to test these out!! Thanks Nellie!

Nice closeup on that guy’s stomach, huh? I would love to do these. Standing abs are my favorite! If I’m on the floor too much, I just want to stay there and fall asleep. You know? Actually, you probably don’t!

Yes, I liked that close up. 🙂 Usually if lie on the floor the boys crawl on me like a mountain. It never fails. I must have a sign that says climb me.
