Time to work those abs!

Don’t you love standing abs exercises? I think I pretty much love anything that doesn’t involve a crunch. What I love most about this move is that it not only focuses on the abs but on balance as well. The slow movement not only targets multiple parts but forces you to stand on leg with control. Slow burn for sure!

Yes! I love standing ab work. I just love to change it up. The hard part is really concentrating on squeezing and working your abs while you do these.

I love standing abs! It’s so nice to take a break from lying down on the mat, plus I think you work a lot harder.
