Weekly Wednesday Workout – Upright Super Crunch Abs Exercise
Time to work those abs!
Don’t you love standing abs exercises? I think I pretty much love anything that doesn’t involve a crunch. What I love most about this move is that it not only focuses on the abs but on balance as well. The slow movement not only targets multiple parts but forces you to stand on leg with control. Slow burn for sure!
