Weekly Wednesday Workout: The Glute Bridge March

Time to work those abs!

I love this move! It’s not easy, by any means but it’s fun. I totally tried it in my hotel room in Israel and it was hard stuff. I’m not even sure if it harder when having my complete foot down or doing the move as suggested on my heels. Either way it’s a great alternative to crunches because it gets the abs on fire real quick!

Have you you ever tried the glute bridge march?

Sadly wouldn’t be able to do this with my back, but seriously wish I could as it look like a great way to tighten those stubborn abs!

Thanks for putting a video with this! I have tried this workout before but she gave some great tips about lifting the toes up and I found it even harder (which I find is a good thing!).

What a great twist on a traditional move! And I always felt awkward doing repeated hip lifts in the gym. Definitely going to give this a try!
