Time to work those abs again!!
Today I’ve got an awesome video from the Youtube Fitness Channel that you will like a lot! It’s challenging and require concentration and it works pretty much every muscle in the body!
I actually really love this move because I can do it–plus it’s really fun!
You can do it while watching tv or even with the kids. The playful nature of the move is very deceptive though because this one is actually really tough!
You may have seen this move without the ball which is totally normal, this time though you are trying to keep the ball balanced and from falling on you. You are working your abs and your legs all in one movement.
Sometimes I see the exercise ball and get so bored so quickly but this one is actually cool to do because while your abs are getting a workout you have to use your brain to actually keep the ball from falling! I also love the fact that you are working pretty much every single muscle in your body!
When I tried this move I definitely wasn’t the smoothest at it, but it was fun once I got the hang of it. Keeping this large ball from falling down was the biggest challenge, but once I got over the awkwardness I started to feel the burn pretty much every you can think of. 🙂
