Weekly Wednesday Workout: Dancing Bug Abs Exercise

Time to work those abs again!!

I actually really love this move because I can do it–plus it’s really fun! Sometimes I see the exercise ball and get so bored so quickly but this one is actually cool to do because while your abs are getting a workout you have to use your brain to actually keep the ball from falling! I also love the fact that you are working pretty much every single muscle in your body!

We used to call these “dead” bug! I guess “dancing” sounds a lot better however, you kind of feel more like a dead bug when you’re finished 🙂

Yup never tried these and pretty sure with back I couldn’t but still looks like one hell of a workout move 😉

OMG, she’s barely moving that ball in the video! It would be popping out from between my legs so often…not to mention I wouldn’t be able to keep a straight face doing it. Looks like a great workout though. I’m looking more and more forward to the 3 month mark when E can finally go to daycare at the gym and I can get moving again!
