Weekly Wednesday Workout: Back Bow Crossover
Today we are working on that lower back!
The thing that I love most about Pilates is that it makes us move our bodies in different and very unique ways. I don’t recommend this move to anyone who has back issues! I like this move because it forces me to pay attention to my lower back which barely gets any love. 🙂 Don’t be fooled however because this move is not easy! Make sure you get an object to go on either side of. It is one of those moves that seems super weird when you do it for the first time but gets better with practice.
