Weekly Wednesday Workout: Toe Touches
Let’s get back to the ABS shall we? Although bikini season is over, this is the time to prepare for next!
Now that I have a personal trainer–details on that quagmire to come–he has got me doing all kinds of exercises in an attempt to switch up the game and really see some results. These toe touches are just one of the exercise that he puts me through and they are tough! Not recommended for those with back issues, but you can definitely start with a few! The burn is so real though, you need some serious core strength and this is an awesome move to help build it up!
