Weekly Wednesday Workout: Arabesque Raises
Today we are working on out bums again!
I actually like this one a lot because again it is a exercise that the kids can do with you and you will probably giggle doing it. When I do these it requires a lot of balance and super concentration. You kind of looks like an airplane ready for flight with this one and it is both gym and home appropriate. You will easily feel the effect of these after a few reps. It would be even more awesome if you add weights!!
