Weekly Wednesday Workout: Reverse Lunge Shoulder Press
Time to work…everything!
So you guys know that I love a WWW that works multiple body parts! This one is relatively simple even though it requires a certain amount of balance. If you are doing this for the first time (or even the hundredth) time I recommend starting with a fairly light weight and move your way on up as it gets easier. This one is definitely a total body burner for sure!
