Time to work those arms!

These exercises may look super simple but after a few sets they will have your entire upper body on fire! Sidenote: I love this guys attitude, he could be my trainer any day! #eyecandy. Back to the matter at hand, This is a great guide on some exercises you can do really quickly to work your arms. Definitely one of my new favorite because I am so short on time these days!

I used to do a series similar to this in the middle of a functional strength workout, and it was killer!!
I’m so glad you’re getting such a great response and such eye-opening info from the survey. I can’t wait to hear more…

Those look tough! If I didn’t have the little man on me right now, I’d give them a try immediately. Love how the tempo changes for each part of the exercise, too.
