Weekly Wednesday Workout: Multicurl Arm Exercises
Time to work those arms!
These exercises may look super simple but after a few sets they will have your entire upper body on fire! Sidenote: I love this guys attitude, he could be my trainer any day! #eyecandy. Back to the matter at hand, This is a great guide on some exercises you can do really quickly to work your arms. Definitely one of my new favorite because I am so short on time these days!
