Weekly Wednesday Workout: Single Leg Circles
So for today’s Weekly Wednesday workout we are going to focus on our stems, our legs and yes–our thighs!
I love this one! No equipment required! You can even get the kids involved and challenge them to a contest! It can be done anywhere, at the gym or at home and it is actually a pretty good workout, especially once you tire out one side you can just try it in reverse! The key here is to keep your foot pointed because otherwise you may not feel it throughout the leg. Balance is also really key to this exercise but if you don’t have much balance you can hold on to a chair and still get the same effective workout!
