It’s been a while since we have focused on the arms here at our Weekly Wednesday Workout! Today I have a great one for you! grab your towel and get ready to feel the burn because this move heats up those Bi’s and tri’s REAL quick! Again, another move that is GREAT for anytime around the house or even with your gym towel. The part that had me wincing was the pulse at the top at the end of the set. I love how easy she makes it look!
