Time to work those arms!!

It’s been a while since we have focused on the arms here at our Weekly Wednesday Workout! Today I have a great one for you! grab your towel and get ready to feel the burn because this move heats up those Bi’s and tri’s REAL quick! Again, another move that is GREAT for anytime around the house or even with your gym towel. The part that had me wincing was the pulse at the top at the end of the set. I love how easy she makes it look!

Love! This would definitely help with strength building for my pole tricks.
It would be great to see some cool down and stretching moves too.

I’m going to have to go back and look at all of these towel workouts again. Love, love, love the idea of using simple household items to get a serious workout!
