Weekly Wednesday Workout: Squat With Skull Crusher
Time to work the whole body!
I am loving this move! I love it because it has dual objectives: A really good cardio move AND a really good Strength training move as well! Double Trouble. 🙂 I would definitely use a super light weight (2.5 – 5lbs) because the end of the move uses all the small muscles in the back and arms. This one is definitely a great move to do when you have little time for a strength workout!
