Weekly Wednesday Workout: Oblique Crunches
So I was actually looking for something else when I found this video, but I liked this one more so I will share it with you guys:
A while ago I spotlighted a similar workout with the Plank with Oblique Crunch, but this one is different. This time you are on your side as opposed to being in plank position the entire time. As far as easy goes, I definitely would not consider this one easy. I think anyone can do it yes, but how many you can do is relative. I have done these before, not recently, but when I have done them boy did I feel them in the morning!

Absolutely! Definitely a good one and great for teaching in class b/c everyone can do it. Not sure if she showed some modifications on the video (my kids are still sleeping so I can’t play it!) but if you bend your knees in, it will make it a little easier! Thanks for another great tip!!

Is it weird that I played the video over to see her cute dog in the background? Very well behaved! I like this move! And I like her explanations about how to do it right, and how people often screw it up.
It was the FIRST thing I noticed, that dog was being SO good! Then I watched the actual exercise 🙂

Oooh, such a good exercise! I love how she shows some of the incorrect positions, too. Definitely helps for self-spotting!
