Weekly Wednesday Workout: Split Squats
This is a good one y’all! Today we incorporate cardio into our normal strength training schedule!
I don’t do these not super often but when I want to do extra cardio and not necessarily be on a machine this is a great option. What I love about this exercise is that you can get your heart rate going while toning your body! Squats in general spike my heart rate but split squats burns some serious calories. This doesn’t even need to be done on a step, try it on the floor first then graduate to a step!
