Weekly Wednesday Workout: Pilates Leg Pull Front Exercise
So I know my Pilates loving friends will love this one! This Leg Pull front exercise is not easy folks!
Something that I really love about this move is the stability that it demands from your body. While remaining in a push up position you actually have to lift your legs alternately while staying all the way up on your arms.This requires some serious core strength which is pretty much what Pilates focuses on. This move is pretty awesome though, and I love doing these at the gym because I never see anyone else doing them!
