Weekly Wednesday Workout: Dumbbell Jack Knife
So it’s been a while since we targeted abs so I am throwing this doosie in the ring for ab workouts:
Okay, so I know you guys are going to tell me how hard this looks and how much you don’t want to it–but–hear me out! This move is one of those compound moves that I love so much. Everything is working! Arms, legs, and especially core!I’d start off pretty small with a 3 or 5 lb dumbbell just to see how it feels. This is definitely one of those moves that gets uncomfortable very quickly but as you know that is where the magic happens!
