Movement Screening for Optimal Health, Fitness, and Performance: The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is a seven-step process that helps us identify your individual movement profile, as well as any dysfunctions or limitations in movement. Intro to Hoop: If you have never taken an Aerial Hoop (Lyra) class and are new to aerial apparatus, this is the class for you. You’ll learn the various techniques to enter and exit from the hoop along with conditioning, strength and flexibility exercises.

Intro to Pole: This class is an introduction to pole dance and all the basics you need to know if you have never taken a pole dance class. For clothing, make sure you can have the back of your knees exposed.

Intro to Fabric: Never taken an aerial fabric (silks) class and are new to aerial apparatus? This class will begin with flexibility, strength, and conditioning exercises that will help you feel comfortable in the air. You’ll work on basic climbing skills and how to create “locks” around your body with the fabric.

Ring Thing: This class uses The Ring Thing, a modified and updated version of a gymnastics training tool made specifically for the development of technically correct ring skills. This class covers skills such as pull-ups, dips, muscle-ups, iron crosses, inversions, levers, hollow body work and pistols. Please wear clothing that covers the backs of your shoulders.
