Weekly Wednesday Workout: Reverse Flye Girl Arm Exercise
Time to workout our whole body!
I am always hesitant to try a move that involves two different pieces of equipment at the same time but this one was too cool not to share! I really like this one! I haven’t tried it yet but this is definitely an advanced move that requires a lot of concentration. I would personally modify this move by squatting while pulling ย the band or doing lunges on the BOSU. Otherwise, the hops are awesome!

This is definitely a tough one but that’s what makes it kind of awesome ๐ Compound, functional movements will always do a body good!
I totally wasn’t expecting the hop. This looks like it would be killer after only a few reps!
Is this like rubbing your stomach while patting your head? I get weird about multitasking.
I would so be the person to fall flat on her face (or rear) trying to do this…. But it does look like a great move; and if you can get it down pat it’s probably pretty fun.
