Weekly Wednesday Workout: Reverse Flye Girl Arm Exercise
Time to workout our whole body!
I am always hesitant to try a move that involves two different pieces of equipment at the same time but this one was too cool not to share! I really like this one! I haven’t tried it yet but this is definitely an advanced move that requires a lot of concentration. I would personally modify this move by squatting while pulling the band or doing lunges on the BOSU. Otherwise, the hops are awesome!
