In celebration of Mother’s Day Armitron threw an amazing event at Citi Field (Home of the Mets) in Queens, NY. I was so excited to attend, because even though I am a die hard Yankee fan, I have NEVER had the chance to watch the game on field level, much less in a box with delicious food, unlimited drinks and celebrities!
I brought my co-worker girlfriend Lucy from work and we took the 7 train all the way into the Queens from Manhattan. When we arrived we walked to the other side of the stadium so that we could enter the Honda Clubhouse. It was the first time I had been to the new Citi Field since I did the Walk for Autism a few years back. It was definitely the first time that I was there to watch an actual game, I was so ready. 🙂
When we arrived there were so many awesome people present, we got our gift bags and proceeded directly to—where else? The food! We were so hungry!!
Before we got settled we got to take pictures with the awesome Noah Galloway as well as some of the Mets wives and girlfriends.

Once we got settled, we were able to marvel at our view. We were on FIELD LEVEL, this is the stuff that dreams are made of. The players were so CLOSE and I’m really thankful that I brought my 50-300mm lens for Sasha because I could have spent the entire night snapping pictures of these awesome players and their talent.
We also got to check out the beautiful watches they had available on display. I wanted them all, especially the sparkly ones. They were SO pretty!! I definitely need to step up my watch collection because I need a few on these in my jewelry box, stat! The design is just so sleek and gorgeous, I absolutely need to get my mom (and aunts) one for Mother’s Day!
It was really a beautiful evening and I am so thankful to Armitron for having us!
