Weekly Wednesday Workout: Reclined Oblique Twist
So this is one that I’ve actually never seen before. This one is targeted to the obliques but also does some good work for the abs. It’s like a funky twist (pun intended) to the basic crunch.
This exercise is actually not too bad! What I like about it is that the strain is minimal, sometimes when I do crunches I start to feel the pressure in my neck, so I like the fact that the hands aren’t pulling on the neck–they are extending. Try it! It is a fun addition and/or shake up your ab routine.
